What GiftBestie is
GiftBestie is a gift discovery service. We suggest products and experiences based on the information you give us; we do not sell them. Purchases happen on retailers' sites under their terms, prices and returns policies.
Recommendations are suggestions
We work hard to suggest well, but a recommendation is an opinion, not a warranty. Check the retailer's listing for current price, availability and specifications before buying; retailers change these without telling us.

Fair use
Don't scrape, spam, probe, overload or reverse-engineer the service, and don't submit content that is unlawful or abusive. We may rate-limit or block usage that degrades the service for others.
The Bestie Score
The Bestie Score is entertainment. It has no scientific validity and settles no arguments, although we accept it will be used to settle arguments.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, GiftBestie is provided 'as is' and we are not liable for losses arising from purchases made with retailers, service interruptions, or gift outcomes including but not limited to unimpressed dads.
Changes
We may update these terms; the current version always lives at this address. Continued use after changes means acceptance.
